The 350A 2AWG heavy gauge SB350 connector is an ultra-heavy-duty high-current connection solution developed for 2AWG super thick gauge wires, with a maximum continuous current carrying capacity of 350A and a 600V DC high voltage resistance rating. Targeting ultra-high-power industrial and new energy heavy-load equipment, this connector breaks through the current transmission limit of ordinary connectors, and is specially optimized for the high-current transmission characteristics of 2AWG heavy gauge wires, solving the problems of insufficient load capacity, serious heating and easy damage of ordinary connectors in ultra-high-power circuits. The whole body adopts industrial-grade high-strength modified polycarbonate material, which has extreme temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and mechanical impact resistance.

The internal conductive system of the connector adopts large-size solid silver-plated copper contacts, which are perfectly matched with the large cross-sectional area of 2AWG heavy gauge wires. The ultra-large contact area minimizes circuit resistance, realizing lossless transmission of 350A large current, and no heat accumulation or voltage drop occurs during long-term full-load operation. The advanced self-cleaning flat contact design can continuously maintain the cleanliness of the conductive contact surface, resist oxidation and arc ablation, and ensure the stability and safety of long-term high-power operation. The reinforced stainless steel spring pressure structure provides lasting and stable contact pressure, avoiding contact failure caused by long-term high-temperature thermal fatigue and mechanical vibration.

This heavy gauge SB350 connector supports extreme environment operation, with a working temperature range covering -40°C to 105°C, and can resist the erosion of industrial chemicals, salt spray and outdoor ultraviolet rays. It adopts color-coded mechanical keyed anti-mismatch design, which can accurately identify polarity and prevent wrong connection. It is widely used in large-scale industrial energy storage systems, heavy-duty electric engineering machinery, large photovoltaic power station energy storage equipment, emergency backup power supplies and other ultra-high-power scenarios with 2AWG wire wiring.
