The 120A Genderless SMH Power Plug is a versatile, high-reliability DC power connection solution engineered for universal heavy-duty power transmission scenarios. Adopting a classic genderless design, this plug eliminates the restrictions of traditional male and female connector pairing, enabling arbitrary plug-in and quick connection between identical units. Constructed with high-strength flame-retardant thermoplastic housing, the SMH power plug features excellent resistance to impact, abrasion, chemical corrosion, and ultraviolet aging. It maintains stable structural performance and electrical conductivity in harsh working environments ranging from -20°C to 105°C, and optional enhanced housings can extend the low-temperature resistance to -40°C for extreme environment applications. The built-in silver-plated copper contacts minimize contact resistance, effectively reducing heat generation during high-current operation and ensuring long-term stable electrical transmission. The precision contact structure also supports up to 10,000 plug-and-play cycles, realizing ultra-long service life and reducing frequent equipment maintenance and replacement costs.
